Dear Simon,
I have just come across your Website addressing the Adult Attention deficit in Adults and depression. I just want to say Thank you for sharing your feelings.
I guess what it does is it give the rest of us, who times feel that we alone in a dark stormy ocean. The realization that we are not alone in.
I don't know what else to say, but well done.
I wish you a most rewarding and content time in the future Simon.
THANK YOU. Regards... Anton....

Hi Simon,
We had a look at your website and it's wonderfully made. You really are a very good writer. Thank you for sharing your story and photos with us. btw, you said in the shop that Kylie is quite short, no kidding huh :) never thought she was that tall. We saw Kylie on TV singing impromptu and she really is amazingly talented. She really really can sing, she is a wonderful Australian ambassador, See you in the shop Kerrie, Rita, Annette, Debbie and Jeff (from Boambee Amcal :)
Well, it was good to read your site. However, I want you to try and reframe a thought .....ADD is a gift, and like all gifts there is normally some baggage. I know that black cloud type of day that can really get you down. The trick is to realise it won't last and to try and weather it out. I've been there too, especially before the diagnosis, and it was hard. I was never given the help until I realised with the problem was, and then I had to force the doctor to give me a referral! I have now changed doctors and progressing really well. I would not want to be any other way.
Good Luck Simon!
Regards & Big Hugs

Hi Simon,
Yes it is me! How are you? You look well in your photo. I'm living in Adelaide with my husband, Ben. We moved here this year for his work. I'm planning to go back to uni next year to do speech pathology, but I haven't heard if I have gained a place yet ... still waiting.
What are you up to these days?
Kate
